The vintage cocktail brooch has an Etruscan Revival style, and features an open flat gold plated circle owith stamped designs and dimpled back, along with the simulated look of granulated balls, and colored glass cabs in gem colors of ruby red, sapphire blue, and emerald green.

It is also flanked on either side with genuine freshwater pearls with decorative coils, and a suspended chain link with drops and dangles of charms, simulated gems, and chips of genuine goldstone.
